The address for the new Robert G. Perry Field is 9370 State Route 365, Holland Patent, NY 13354. It is set back off the road, so it is hard to see from Route 365.
Directions are:

If coming from the west (from Floyd/Rome) on Route 365:

After the Route 291 intersection in Stittville, go exactly 1 mile and the driveway to the Perry Field will be on the right. If you reach the sign for entering the Village of Holland Patent, you went 500 feet too far.

If coming from the east (from the Village of Holland Patent) on Route 365:

After passing the Village of Holland Patent Park and Gazebo, go ½ mile and you will reach the Village limits sign, and the Perry Field will be the third driveway on the left.

Take Route 365 to the village of Holland Patent. Turn north on Elm Street next to the Middle School (Elm Street becomes Thompson Road). You will travel north on Elm/Thompson ½ mile, and you will see the football stadium on the right, across from the High School.

If you are coming in from the West, Take Route 5S to the intersection of Route 28(traffic light)Turn right and follow 28 south, go through the next 2 lights and take your second left onto Johnson ave. Stay to the right at the "Y", there is a sign for Fisher Elem. You will go up a small incline and right into the school parking lot. Field is directly behind the school. School address is 10 Fisher ave. Mohawk
IF the parking lot is full (it is not very big) there is additional parking just below the game field at the practice field and also on the side streets near the school.
